О телах и органах :-)... Altavista выдает 119070 страниц со state agency и лишь 4281 со state body.

Я перевожу как body только органы управления компанией. Остальное, в основном, - agencies. Тайное мое пристрастие :-)

При государственной экологической экспертизе проектов устанавливается соответствие намечаемой хозяйственной или иной деятельности экологическим требованиям и определение допустимости реализации объекта в целях предупреждения возможных неблагоприятных воздействий этой деятельности на окружающую среду и связанных с ним социальных, экономических и иных последствий.

Перечень объектов, по проектам на строительство которых проводится обязательная экологическая экспертиза, определяется федеральным законодательством и указами губернатора области.\"
