Explanation:
En español (de España, al menos) suele decirse el nombre de la ciudad y se indica, entre comas, que se trata de la capital. Ejemplos: "... en Madrid, la capital." "... en la capital, Varsovia." Pero casi nunca decimos "ciudad capital". Solemos omitir la palabra "ciudad" porque se sobreentiende. Sí se diría "en la ciudad de Madrid" o "en la ciudad de Varsovia", pero o no se indica que es la capital porque todos lo saben, o si hiciera falta indicarlo se haría como digo arriba.

Explanation:
wg wikipedii miasto stołeczne to nazwa "stosowana w nazwach miast pełniących niegdyś tę funkcję (np. Gniezno), albo miast posiadających formalnie, de iure status stołeczny, lecz de facto niewypełniających w praktyce administracyjnych funkcji stolicy".

A więc nie musi to być Warszawa.

Ja bym dała Ciudad Capital de... (Varsovia, Cracovia, Gniezno), tak jak tłumaczona jest w wiki miasto stołeczne Kraków>
