chewy texture Explanation: 1)wiki上对al dente的描述仅适用于面食，或者occasionally蔬菜。 2)Though I think describing 猪肝弹牙 is a bit strange for me, I still believe that CHEWY TEXTURE could be used to describe all kinds of meats. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4天 (2008-10-06 16:38:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 口感 could be translated as TEXTURE, but 弹牙 is only 1 kind of TEXTURES, there are a lot other textures.
