Aluminum
Explanation:
Most probably it's about the Aluminum content

Al = Aluminum (so you can keep in English "kg/ton Al")

please see the US Environmental Agency document referenced below, and the example text.

Unlikely that this is a.i. but "A+L"

Hard for a non-chemist to decide from the limited context but this seems most likely. Herkese tesekkurler.

1kg per tonne a.i ( All Inclusive)

Explanation:
It is for sure the abreviation a.i. Hence the original in English would be 1kg per tonne a.i respectively 1kg/tonne a.i. However I am not sure of the abbreviation a.i. It is used in maths/science as all inclusive. In the context it could mean the weight 1kg per tonne includes all emmision components contained as all inclusive. In other words net weight not gross weight.

European Index (EI)

Explanation:
I strongly feel that this is what you are looking for because I came across A.İ. (Avrupa İndeksi) in one of Turkish sites. Although I am not sure, that should be considered a possibility. What is strange about it is that I have not been able to view any English site that mentions a Europe(ean) Index for units of measurement.
