Russian term or phrase: К33 или Кзз
The same patent specification (on a process for producing a piezoelectric ceramic material) includes a table of test results comparing the proposed process with the prior art.
One of the parameters is К33
or Кзз. The second and third symbols are in subscript and hand-written, so it is impossible to distinguish between numeral 3 and Cyrillic letter з. If the latter, does anyone know what зз stands for?

Explanation:
That's all that I ahve managed to find so far with the help of Internet.

Nothing on КЗЗ - except space technology, which is obviously not the case here.

What stands close here is КЭЭ, which looks very similar to КЗЗ, and means коэффициент энергетической эффективности.

neutral  Uwe Kirmse: It's possible. The КЭЭ would have no unit, and results 0,6 - 0,7 are possible. But it's not a characteristic of material.

agree  William Manthey: According to the Encyc. Brit., K(italic) is the ratio of the stress to the strain. This can be a 3-by-3 tensor, and the 33 subscript would denote the corresponding component.
