Коэффициент энергетической эффективности Explanation: That's all that I ahve managed to find so far with the help of Internet. Nothing on КЗЗ - except space technology, which is obviously not the case here. What stands close here is КЭЭ, which looks very similar to КЗЗ, and means коэффициент энергетической эффективности.
