Explanation:
I'm not quite sure what the double-barreled "cable wiring" is supposed to mean, but I'll agree with the installation.

Interesting to note that fusetsu (敷設) the word in know for installing cable (underground, in conduits, in cable trays, etc.) uses a different character for fu.

The uchi (打) bit is common enough for pouring (or pumping) concrete, but sounds dangerous for brittle cables.
