The following site mentions 「資源枠(TAC)」, where TAC I believe is Total Acquisition Cost. http://www.nissui.co.jp/corporate/frontier/22/04.html In your document, it could refer to the total budgeted cost of building the production facility. I don't however have a good direct translation I'm afraid... |
