track Explanation: I'd go with just "track" unless it's specifically for trains. Also, I think "Track Construction Department" sounds fine but adding "railway" makes it a bit long-winded. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 1 hr (2017-11-13 10:55:59 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "Permanent way" is not commonly used. |
