"all" Explanation: I've seen it a lot in government writing, especially with machinery to imply that the complete set of items are to be included. Not only the machine itself, but also anything that accompanies it. If you are talking in terms of modes of transportation and environmental impact, it may be talking about taxis but stating that this includes, taxi limos, taxi vans, and taxi cars...anything that falls under the heading of taxi. Since there are so many different types of vehicles. |
