Printing & Publishing
Italian term or phrase: LO/MI
This appears to be a standard text at the beginning of all publications delivered by Poste Italiane:

"Poste Italiane s.p.a. - Spedizione in Abbonamento Postale D.L. 353/2003 (convertito in Legge 27/02/2004 n° 46) art. 1, comma 1, LO/MI"

I would very much appreciate your help with the meaning of the initials "LO/MI". Thank you

Province of Lodi/Milan

Explanation:
Just a guess really, but if you Google the rest of the phrase without the LO/MI, it often comes up with "Roma", "filiale di Treviso", etc., so I wonder whether it might just be stating it was sent from the provinces of Lodi or Milan.

Lombardia/Milan

Explanation:
It should be an indication of the Region/City of competence, as it sometimes occurs as LOM/MI.
