Province of Lodi/Milan Explanation: Just a guess really, but if you Google the rest of the phrase without the LO/MI, it often comes up with "Roma", "filiale di Treviso", etc., so I wonder whether it might just be stating it was sent from the provinces of Lodi or Milan. |
