Das Balance Tiefeinstiegrad ist ein Fahrrad mit einem niedrigem Einstieg, welches einen speziell entwickelten Rahmen, der es Ihnen erlaubt, bequem zu fahren und auch mit beiden Füßen den Boden zu erreichen, ohne abzusteigen. Standradmäßig wird das Balance mit hydraulischen Bremsen geliefert. Mittels einen kleinen Aufpreis kann hier ein Rücktritt bzw. Rücktrittbremse eingebaut werden.

¡Hola!
No se refiere al asiento, sino a la barra superior del cuadro de la bici (al parecer, se llama "tubo superior"). Talvez con "entrada baja" sea más adecuado.
