Explanation: I give it a low CL because the word "Eintrittsverfügung" is unknown in CH. There is an "Austrittsverfügung", but this relates to the pension scheme. However, I suspect that "Eintritt" does not mean "entry", but that "ein Fall ist eingetreten".

for contributing, in spite of my confusing question.
Context:
Eintretens- und Zwischenverfügung Nr. 2 Die Staatsanwaltschaft III des Kantons Zürich hat in Sachen gegen Beschuldigte Person M.V. … von Schweden, … [here: four pages with details of the crime and the support in Swiss law for the Swedish authority’s demand for assistance] verfügt: 1. Auf das Rechtshilfeersuchen wird eingetreten. 2. [details about where and when and by what people the questioning will take place]. 3 … Here is room for more shame on me. I have the habit of immediately sending questions when I get stuck. Good in some cases, gives the colleagues time to answer before my deadline. Bad in other cases, and this is one, because down the document there is an explanation to the problem. ”Eingetreten” appears in a sentence that should have told me it wasn't necessary to send the question, context is clear enough. The main word I asked about, Zwischenverfügung, was not a problem by itself, it was the combination that bothered me, with my misunderstanding of Eintretens- as referring to an entrance permit.
I have to apologize, I have really created a lot of unnecessary confusion. When I provided some context, I wrote "Eintrittsverfügung" where it should be "Eintretensverfügung". This is a word that gives a lot of Google hits (Eintrittsverfügung only 7 and in another context). For instance: https://www.hallwilersee-rechtsanwälte.ch/rechtsgebiete/inte... Obviously, it has nothing to do with the QR code provided in the same collection of documents to give the suspect the possibility to enter the police building for a questioning session.
...I wasn't trying to imply that you did. But since some people consider Linguee a valid reference, I was trying to make sure we're all on the same page here.
I don't like that bit at all; neither did the Swiss translator. The unofficial translation I provided below is, as far as I can tell, also referenced by the Library of Congress, so I think it's a better starting point. It does include your "interim ruling," BTW (I only popped in here to give some references that could solve the mystery around "Eintritt"): "Die nach Absatz 1 vorgesehene Zwischenverfügung wird dem Bundesamt unverzüglich und vor der vorzeitigen Übermittlung mitgeteilt. Sie ist nicht selbstständig anfechtbar." https://lawbrary.ch/law/art/IRSG-v2021.07-de-art-80d.2/
"Notice of the interim ruling in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be given to the Federal Office without delay and before the early transmission. It is not in itself contestable." https://lawbrary.ch/law/art/IRSG-v2021.07-en-art-80d.2/
Art. 63 ff. IRSG)." https://onlinekommentar.ch/de/kommentare/irsg80
"Consideration and execution 1 The executing authority shall issue a summary ruling on whether to consider the case and shall order the mutual assistance measures permitted.
2 It shall execute the mutual assistance measures in accordance with its own procedural law." https://lawbrary.ch/law/art/IRSG-v2021.07-en-art-80a/ [as they emphasize, not an official translation, though]
Art. 80d IRSG; vgl. Dangubic, a.a.O., S. 112 ff.)." https://entscheide.weblaw.ch/cache.php?link=08.05.2018_rr.20...
We've had this Q before, albeit in the English-Polish pair. That doesn't matter though, because it helps a lot more than you might think: "Die Zentralstelle prüft das Ersuchen und erlässt eine nicht anfechtbare summarisch begründete Eintretensverfügung." https://www.proz.com/kudoz/german-to-polish/law-general/1756...
I think you have to look at the whole phrase, not just the one word. I wonder if Eintritt means beginning, ie initial.
