I have the habit of immediately sending questions when I get stuck. Good in some cases, gives the colleagues time to answer before my deadline. I have to apologize, I have really created a lot of unnecessary confusion. When I provided some context, I wrote "Eintrittsverfügung" where it should be "Eintretensverfügung". The unofficial translation I provided below is, as far as I can tell, also referenced by the Library of Congress, so I think it's a better starting point.
