Notes to answerer Asker: Όλα καλά κι ωραία στα Γαλλικά... μια αναζήτηση, όμως, στα Ελληνικά (το ζητούμενο) για "πικρίζον πρόσθετο" δεν δίνει ανευρέσεις, ούτε και το "πικρίζουσα ουσία". Στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση κατέληξα στο "πικραντικός παράγοντας".
