conchae/internal nares?
Explanation:
As seen from the following online descriptions, the conchae are the internal nares (in the nasal cavity). The only rivalry I can imagine (I'm no specialist in medical questions) is that during asthmatic or rhinitis attacks, there are various reactions taking place in the middle and inferior conchae. Maybe a doctor can help us.

"External openings to the nasal cavity are the external nares or nostrils and the posterior openings from the nasal cavity into the pharynx are the internal nares or conchae."

"The mucous membrane in the nasal cavity (chiefly in the middle and inferior conchae) swells, is pale or grayish blue in color and is moist and pliable. In time, moruloid change in the inferior concha or a polypoid change in the middle concha will occur, with a lot of watery secretion in the nasal meatus."

Cochlear

Explanation:
cochlear pertainging to the cochlea -the spiral cavity of the internal ear

I think the cochlear rivalry might refer to a rivalry between the two ears that might be caused by, for example, a cochlear implant. I am not sure what rhinitis and asthma have to do with it.

agree  Yuri Geifman: I wondered about this one too, but still no idea of what rivalry has to do with it... rivalry between ear and nose? (coch for cochlear + misspelled rhinal?)... jk...

-> Thanks, Yuri. Perhaps a rivalry between the two ears is what it means, but now, you started me thinking about that coch+rhinitis version.

"cochineal rivaltry"

Explanation:
"cochineals (pl.) is Margarodinae in Latin, kind of insects". Or "cochin(-china, breed of hens is meant) smth like cocks' rivalry". Anyway, the only trace to "Asthma/rhinitis" was given in the previous answer, though a slight one.
Give more context, it would help!
Good luck, PMD!
