| civil status act zákon o rodinnom stave Explanation: Keďže ide o sobáš, tak by som asi použil toto. Takto je to preložené v niektorých dokumentoch EÚ. The particulars of the person to be transferred (e.g. given names, surnames, any previous names, other names used/by which known or aliases, sex, civil status, date and place of birth, current and any previous nationality). (napr. krstné mená, priezviská, akékoľvek predchádzajúce mená, iné používané, respektíve známe mená alebo prezývky, pohlavie, rodinný stav, dátum a miesto narodenia, súčasná a akákoľvek predchádzajúca štátna príslušnosť). No v iných dokumentoch to prekladajú aj ako: osobný stav, občianskoprávny stav/status. Aj tieto možnosti sú podľa mňa správne, takže z toho by ste mali niečo vybrať. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 12 hrs (2009-09-18 11:23:13 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- To už je na vás. Ale to, že sa tento zákon uvádza aj v tom druhom prípade, podľa mňa na veci nič nemení. Ono sa to totiž aj na tom rodnom liste/zázname o narodení vzťahuje na rodičov dieťaťa, či sú manželia alebo slobodní a podobne. |
