endless buttonhole kontinuerlig knapphullssøm Explanation: This is not a standard sewing term, in fact I only find it for Singer machines. The Italian translation is also a non-exixting word. Generally sewing machine manuals use 1-point and 4-point buttonhole (1-trinns og 4-trinns knapphull). Judging by the symbol/image I gather it's a kind of seam that sews buttonholes continually (presumably one can program the distance between each buttonhole).
