最適な健康 Explanation: Elite health isn't a very common way to put it. Here elite is used like optimal or best, so it's more like 精鋭 than 上級. It's close to optimal health so I'd go with 最適な健康. |

良好な健康状態 Explanation: Elite in this context seems to simply describe "good", "better" or ”best" conditions. Since Optimize is used in the beginning of the sentence, "良好” may be appropriate. 最高の/良好な健康状態を保つための心身パフォーマンスの最適化 |
