This term appears in a primary (elementary) school report (Standaard Onderwijskundig Rapport). Other details regarding the pupil include full name, DOB, place & country of birth, address & other contact details PLUS language spoken at home & the Cultural-Minority (CUMI) indication. Unfortunately, there’s no running text to speak of.

That being said, I’m wondering whether this is an old term or even a typo. A Google search produced very little in the way of hits, but a suggestion led to a web page regarding ‘Gewichtenregeling’ in the context of educational disadvantages.

What say you ‘weledelgestrenge collegae’?

I suppose they are refering to the pupil's body weight, given the other demographic details offered: full name, DOB, place & country of birth, address & other contact details

'gewichtsindicatie' means they don't provide their exact weight, but an 'indication' of their weight, at least this is how I understand it, approximate weight.

Verdere referenties van Michael maken het alleen maar waarschijnlijker dat het om die gewichtenregeling gaat.

De gewichtenregeling is een subsidieregeling in het Nederlandse basisonderwijs die zich richt op het voorkomen en verminderen van onderwijsachterstanden die het gevolg zijn van factoren gelegen in de thuissituatie van kinderen. Eigenlijk gaat het om het op school compenseren voor het feit dat de kinderen door thuisomstandigheden hun potentie, hun capaciteiten niet optimaal kunnen ontwikkelen. Het is dus een correctie op onderpresteren. Het 'gewicht' houdt in dat een leerling op basis van bepaalde indicatoren wordt 'gewogen'. Hoe groter de veronderstelde achterstand, hoe zwaarder het gewicht. De indicatoren betreffen factoren in de thuissituatie die ervoor zorgen dat de leerling een vergroot risico loopt op een onderwijsachterstand (Mulder & Meijnen, 2013[1]). Het gewicht van een leerling bepaalt de extra subsidie die een school voor de leerling krijgt. Momenteel wordt het gewicht van een leerling berekend op basis van het opleidingsniveau van de ouders/verzorgers.

Het doel van de gewichtenregeling is het verbeteren van de leerprestaties van doelgroepleerlingen in het basisonderwijs en het verhogen van de doorstroom naar hogere vormen van het voortgezet onderwijs. De gewichtenregeling is in financieel opzicht het belangrijkste instrument van het onderwijsachterstandenbeleid (Roeleveld e.a., 2011[2]).

Het 'gewicht' houdt in dat een leerling op basis van bepaalde indicatoren wordt 'gewogen'. Hoe groter de veronderstelde achterstand, hoe zwaarder het gewicht. De indicatoren betreffen factoren in de thuissituatie die ervoor zorgen dat de leerling een vergroot risico loopt op een onderwijsachterstand (Mulder & Meijnen, 2013[1]).

"Pupil weighting system
The purpose of compensatory policy is to improve the educational attainment and school careers of children whose social, economic or cultural background may contribute to educational disadvantage. The pupil weighting system in primary education determines the size of the grant a school receives to tackle educational disadvantage. It is based on the parents’ level of education and the school’s postcode area. Children are weighted when they enrol at school for the first time, or when they change schools, after moving house for example. The child keeps the same weighting once the school has set it.

Parents’ level of education
Children whose parents have had little education are more likely to have an educational disadvantage. The municipal authorities decide whether children need extra language tuition on the basis of the highest level of education of one or both of their parents. The school also uses parents’ level of education in determining the pupil’s weighting. If a child is accorded a weighting of 0.3 or 1.2, they are considered to be at an educational disadvantage and the school receives extra funding. This money is part of the block grant awarded to the school for provision of education. When parents enrol their children at a primary school, the school may require them to complete a form stating their level of education."
