Sé a qué se refieren con "right side" de la tela vs. "wrong side". El "wrong side" lo estoy traduciendo como el revés de la tela y a veces he usado el término "el lado derecho de la tela". Sin embargo este último no me suena bien en un caso como el siguiente:

"Lay the quilt facedown on your work surface. On top, place the batting and backing fabric (right side up)".
