The normal Dutch translation would be 'In het begin', but since this alludes to the Bible, you should use the biblical language version which is 'In den beginne'.
The newer translation (from 2004) has now: 'In het begin'. But indeed, 'In den beginne' is more traditional and would be right away recognizable as referring to the Bible.
