It was a shame there was inadequate technical support, which meant that we missed the slides for the first 20 minutes and it would have been much improved if the Q & A at the end had used the platform's facility for attendees to have verbal input via our microphones. That would have given a much better chance for discussion to happen. It seemed as though the tech support failed to talk you through how the platform worked before the session started. You presented the bi-lingual websites you mentioned, e.g. Alstom, as authorities. However good a bi-lingual website may be (and some are better than others), one should always bear in mind that they are produced by translators of varying levels of competence and sometimes contain errors or even howlers, so it is always worth cross-checking with another reference source or two."
