"...čeprav nobena od njenih skrivnosti ni dobra. Ali celo res ni skrivnost."

"ali celo res ni skrivnost" reads like MT.

"Pravzaprav nits ni skrivnost" would be one way of saying it more natively, but there are many other ways as well.
