La Locatrice potrà eseguire le necessarie o opportune riparazioni o manutenzioni, avvisando preventivamente e congruamente la Conduttrice. In tali casi, la Locatrice non sarà tenuta a corrispondere alla Conduttrice alcun indennizzo e/o risarcimento, né la Conduttrice avrà diritto ad una riduzione del corrispettivo, sempre che le riparazioni o manutenzioni vengano realizzate col minimo di tempo e di disagio, compatibilmente alle necessità abitative della Conduttrice, con ciò derogandosi espressamente al disposto dell’art. 1584 Cod. Civ

notwithstanding is already express, so you don't need to say "expressly notwithstanding", which is never used anyway.

"derogarsi" = "to depart from." Since it's being done "expressly," they are essentially "waiving" it.
