I'm pretty sure that the intent is something like "uncertainties related to current term profits..."

: i found that ブレwas used in photography to indicate several "blur" pictures made accidentally or made by technique. Maybe it indicates uncertainties

: Yes, this is expression is commonly used in photography which means "out of focus due to flexion". Not good usage in this context but nowadays writers write as they please.
