Gif-editor function which enables both uploading of logo and face

Not a suggestion, but more a question : Has the profile-page a kind of built-in gif editor. In other words : Is there a possibility to upload both a picture of a logo and alternate it with a passport-picture when using the profile-template?
Some members have a logo with alternate with a picture of their face. I know the prepared it with a .gif editor. Hence my question.

Ulead GIF Animator. As I remember, it had trial period, which was enough for me to create my picture/logo. However, series of pictures to use I prepared in Photoshop and reduced their size (in bites) with WebGraphics Optimizer.

And no, AFAIK profile page doesn't have any built in picture editor.
