I have problems using this bar. Whenever I run Ad Aware it recognises the kudoz tool bar as a bug and it keeps deleting it. Any idea to help me? Thank you Inés | | | Where is my Kudoz tool bar? | Oct 30, 2005 |

I have found this bar absolutely helpful, and I have kept installing it whenever I ran Ad Aware. Now, I have changed it and I am using Microsoft AntiSpyware. Let's see what happens! As soon as you have developed the new one, let me know please! Thanks and kindest regards! Inés

Hi Everyone, I just released another version of the KudoZ Toolbar for Internet Explorer. I scanned it with 3 popular spyware/adware tools and came up with nothing. Please let me know if this corrects the problem for everyone. You can download it here: http://www.proz.com/toolbar/ Best Regards, Colin | | | Thank you, Colin! | Nov 7, 2005 |
Hi! Thank you! I have already downloaded it. Microsoft Antispyware asked me if I wanted to allow it. I agreed. I will keep you informed! Very useful tool! Really! Kindest regards! Inés | | | Jianjun Zhang United Kingdom Local time: 19:09 English to Chinese + ... Still blocked | Nov 10, 2005 |
Dear Colin, I'm unfortunately still blocked from using the toolbar. My anti-virus software is Avast. It even didn't allow me to save the toolbar to my disk: Win32:Adware-gen. [Adw] is what it reported with the toolbar. Any ideas? Anyway, thanks for your efforts to make it better. Regards, Jianjun | | | problems with V2 | Nov 11, 2005 |

If I also open Outlook Express, I can see text from some emails from OE mixed with those sign words, instead of the white background. Some interference? Uh? wl

I do not know why but the VERY USEFUL Kudoz Tool Bar is detected as some antispyware programmes as malware. That did not happen at the very beginning when I installed the new version. I sent a ticket, but nobody has answered yet. Just to let you know so you perhaps can try to fix it. Many thanks. Inés
Inés, I did the same. They coudn´t fix it. However, it does not happen with the new version. But the new version does not work properly, at least in my machine. So, I went back to the old version. Spyware, yes, all and every antispyware detects CRAM toollbar, HIGH RISK. The only solution I found was to add it to my "ignore list". I can`t do without Kudoz toolbar. Regards, Walter

Hi Inés, Well, I have a new PC now. So, I decided to try V2 again. It works fine with this machine. However, the three antispyware I have (3) detect it as DANGEROUS TRHEAT, HIGH RISK spyware. Back to a NEW ignore list. | | | Pages in topic: [1 2] > | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » kudoz tool bar TM-Town | Manage your TMs and Terms ... and boost your translation business
