I would just like to echo some of the other comments and also thank Paul and David for a couple of very educational presentations. (It was reassuring to hear that some end clients understand the need for TM management, even if many agencies in Japan do not.)

I was surprised to see so many people there. I really enjoyed Paul\'s presentation, and it was very stimulating
to make my own presentation, which forced me to clarify
