Those who chose "Threats with contacting the end client" are clearly wrong. One of the cornerstones of our profession is privacy. Contacting an end customer to complain about an agency/middleman is clearly not an option and is very damaging to our profession.

Those who chose "Threats with contacting the end client" are clearly wrong. One of the cornerstones of our profession is privacy. Contacting an end customer to complain about an agency/middleman is clearly not an option and is very damaging to our profession.
Additionally, end clients will not appreciate the fact that you disregard basic rules of privacy and contact them: remember that Rome does not pay traitors! You will never get work from the end client as they might feel that your ethical standards are not that good and that there is a risk that you might soil their reputation later on for whatever reason.
So those of you who voted that, please reconsider the whole matter!
