I did, but I shouldn't have.

The email chain has taken far longer than the project and still seems to be ongoing.

Also, I think I managed to make myself into a known nuisance now...

If I suspect a mistake in the source, I always tell them.
Of course, I donf't tell them: "You screwed up."
Anyway, there is always the possibility that my idea is wrong.

Yes, quality comes first. Dec 9, 2021

You should always flag it for quality and ethical reasons. Flagging a serious issue in the source can prevent putting the patient at risk if we are translating medical content. Also, if you don't flag this issue to quality and they don't get it sorted out, it would either pollute your TM or come back to you as an issue later on. The moment you see it, it´s best to address it.
