最近几天，我一直无法登陆Kudoz。我试过其它的栏目，都没问题。你们碰到这种现象吗？

A supsected troublemaker, i.e. a problem kudoz question reported by PK, has been removed yesterday. It may take a while for the Great Firewall to restore your access to Kudoz Subdirectory. Should anyone find any other suspects, please let us know.
To avoid such situation from happening again, it is recommended that everyone act in a manner that cares about others' feeling and will not compromise others' interests when asking, answering or clarifying a kudoz question. 我这儿已经恢复了。看样子是封满了半个月。
我印象昨天（今天凌晨）还不能访问，是今天恢复的。

Proz 管理层一直在着手处理这事，但苦于无沟通渠道。恢复了就好。再次感谢。

不客气，我昨天正好想起来了，以前有人联系过相关部门，具体是哪个部门记不清了，但我刚想起来，第一步是和ISP联系，比如我这儿就是北京网通，ISP本身当然没有权力管，不过ISP估计可以告诉你具体是谁管，然后再去找。
之所以可以这样，是因为发生的情况是“发现网络访问不正常了”。
不过我没试过。

I'm glad to hear that the block to KudoZ has been lifted, and colleagues behind the Great Firewall are able to regain access.
I hope we all realize that moderator enforcement is not only an issue of adhering to the site rules, but also one of taking into consideration of the interest of all users. I'm sure paying members would like to get the service they are paying for.

但现在又不能进了。看样这网还真能反复。

打电话给网通，打过两次，一次干脆说不知道，第二次过了一会儿（估计是问了什么人）然后告诉我不知道。
打114问北京公安局，公安局说归网监处管，给了我网监处的电话，但打电话给网监处，接电话的人也说不知道。

从各种迹象看，他们不太愿意回答相关询问，所以只能看运气了。

对于这种问题，在中国要想找到具体管事的衙门、具体管事的人确实很难，要想找到愿意解决问题、敢于负责解决问题的人则更难。无论如何，希望此问题能早日得到解决。好像 ProZ.com 在中国有个代表处。是否可让该代表处出面交涉一下？
幸亏只是KudoZ被封，如果Jobs 也被封，或者整个网站都被封，那问题就更大了！
