3. General instructions
• The budget should cover the entire period of the grant (see 2.2. Duration of the action on p. 5).
• The budget should be transparent, realistic and coherent with the work plan. Please note that if your budget forecast is over-estimated and you spend much less than foreseen in the agreement, the grant will decrease accordingly, as the final grant is always calculated on the co-financing percentage of the eligible expenditure.
• All costs related to the postgraduate program in revenues and expenditures should be reflected in your budget even if it has not to be supported by the European institutions. For example, even if the university’s student mobility is financed by the "Foundation X”, it should be mentioned in the forecast budget as expenditure and income (with remark: "financed by the Foundation X").
• All amounts should be provided in Euros (see information on http://ec.europa.eu/budget/inforeuro/ and
exclusive of VAT unless the applicant can demonstrate by an official document from the national tax authority that VAT cannot be recovered (see also point 1.6 on page 3 of the application form). To be noted that in case the applicant cannot (totally or partially) recover VAT to be refunded for VAT paid for purchases linked to the grant, an evidence must be provided in relation to each single expenditure for which VAT cannot be recovered; such an evidence can only take the form of an official document from the national tax authority (making clear reference to the specific concerned expenditure), or in case of total impossibility to recover VAT of a copy of the national legislation stating that the beneficiary is not entitled to recover V.A.T.
• Each budget line should show a detailed breakdown of planned or actual expenditure.
I.e. Teaching: it’s not enough to put 864 €, but the costs should be detailed in the following way: 6 persons x 3 days (each 8 hours) x 6 €/hour = 144 x 6 €= 864 €.
• Please adhere strictly to the format provided in the tables and check carefully the figures.
• Total income must be equal to total expenditure
• The grant amount requested cannot be higher than 75% of the total eligible costs.
• Costs incurred are eligible if they:
• are directly connected with the project and are provided for in the approved budget;
• are necessary for the performance of the project;
• are reasonable and justified and they must accord with the principles of sound financial management, in particular in terms of value for money and cost-effectiveness;
• have been generated during the lifetime of the project as defined in the grant agreement;
• have been actually incurred by the beneficiary and recorded in his accounts or tax documents and are identifiable and verifiable.
• Please note that following costs are considered ineligible for co-funding (refer to Article II.14 of the Agreement):
• return on capital;
• debt and debt service charges;
• provisions for losses or potential future liabilities;
• interest owed;
• doubtful debts;
• exchange losses;
• VAT, unless the beneficiary can show that he is unable to recover it (see above);
• costs declared by the beneficiary and covered by another action or work programme receiving a Community grant;
• excessive or reckless expenditure
The applicant should seek competitive tenders from at least 2 potential contractors and award the contract to the bid offering best value for money. If the beneficiary is a public sector body, it must comply with national legislation on public procurement.

3. Генерални упатсва
• Буџетот треба да го покрие целиот период на грантот (видете 2.2. времетраење на стр.5).
• Буџетот треба да биде транспарентен, реален и кохерентен со работниот план. Напоменуваме дека доколку Вашата проекција на буџетот е преголема и доколку трошоците се помали од предвиденото во договорот, грантот соодветно ќе се намалува, бидејќи конечниот грант секогаш се пресметува врз кофинансирачки процент на прифатливите трошоци.
• Сите трошоци поврзани со програмата за постдипломски студии во приходи и трошоци треба да се прикаже во Вашиот буџет, дури и доколку тој не е финансиски поддржан од Европските институции. На пр., дури и ако мобилноста на студентите на Универзитетот е финансирана од X фондација, тоа мора да се спомене во проекцијата на буџетот како трошок и приход (со забелешка ,,финансирано од X институција).
• Сите износи треба да бидат изразени во евра(види информација http://ec.europa.eu/budget/inforeuro/ со исклучок на ДДВ, со исклучок доколку апликантот може да прикаже официјален документ од државн даночно тело што докажува неможност за поврат на ДДВ (видете 1.6 на страна 3 од формуларот за апликација). Доколку апликантот не може (целосно или делумно) да направи поврат на ДДВ, како враќање на износот на ДДВ платен за набавки поврзани со грантот, мора да се обезбеди доказ за секој поединечен трошок за кој не е можен поврат на ДДВ таквиот доказ може да биде само в форма на официјален документ од национално даночно тело (со јасно дефинирање на засегнаиот трошок), или во случај на целосна неможност на поврат на ДДВ со копија од национална регулатива која го наведува дека кориникот не е назначен да изврши поврат на ДДВ.
• Секој ред од буџетот треба да прикаже детален преглед на планираните и реалните трошоци.
на пр. Настава: не е доволно да се стави 864 €, туку трошоците треба да бидат прецизирани на следниов начин: 6 лица x 3 дена (секој по 8 часа) x 6 €/час = 144 x 6 €= 864 €.
• Молиме додадете исклучиво во предвидениот формат во табелите и внимателно проверете ги бројките.
• Вкупниот износ на доход треба да биде еднаква со вкупниот износ на трошоци
• Износот на бараниот грант не може да биде повисок од 75% од вкупниот износ на прифатливи трошоци.
• Прифатливи трошоци се:
• доколку тие се директно поврзани со проектот и се обезбедени во одобрениот буџет;
• доколку се потребни за реализацјата на проектот;
• доколку се разумни и оправдани и мораат да соодветствуваат со принципите на финансирање, особено во однос на вредноста за пари и ефективност на трошоци;
• доколку се направени согласно договорот во текот на неговото времетраење;
• доколку се направени од корисникот и се документирани во неговите сметки или даночни документација и можат да се препознаат и верификуваат.
• Неприфатливи трошоци за кофинансирање се (види член II.14 од договорот):
• поврат на капитал;
• долг и долговни такси;
• провизија за загуби или потенцијални идни долгови;
• каматни долгови;
• сомнителни долгови;
• загуби при промена на валути;
• ДДВ, со исклучок на случај кога корисникот може да покаже дека не е во можност да изврѓи поврат на ДДВ (видете погоре);
• трошоци прикажани од корисникот, а подмирени од др.програма која е користи ваков тип на грант;
• прекумерен или непромислен трошок
Апликантот треба да распише тендер за најмалку 2 потенцијални кандидати и да му го додели истиот на оној што има најдобра понуда. Доколку корисникот е јавнен орган, тоа мора да соодветствува со националната легислатива за јавни набавки.

Source text - German Vor rund 3,6 Millionen Jahren liefen drei Vormenschen der längst ausgestorbenen Gattung Australopithecus afarensis aufrecht über die feuchte Asche des Vulkans Sadiman. Die 70 Fußabdrücke trockneten aus - und die Fundstelle in Laetoli belegt, dass sich die Menschenvorläufer mit einer Geschwindigkeit von zwei bis vier Stundenkilometern fortbewegten. Zur gleichen Gattung zählt das berühmte Skelett Lucy, das 1974 in Äthiopien gefunden wurde.
Die gebogenen Finger und Zehen sowie die aufwärtsgerichtete Schulter legten nahe, dass Lucy und ihre Artverwandten immer noch viel Zeit in den Bäumen zubrachten. Auch bei den Fußspuren von Laetoli war unklar, ob sie von einem Gang mit gebeugten Knien stammen.
Um das Rätsel zu lösen, haben Forscher ein biomechanisches Experiment durchgeführt - sie verglichen die Fußabdrücke moderner Menschen mit den Spuren von Laetoli. Die Wissenschaftler um David Raichlen von der University of Arizona in Tucson hatten in einem Labor einen sandigen Laufsteg präpariert. Die Versuchsteilnehmer mussten in aufrechter und dann wie Schimpansen in hockender Haltung die Strecke absolvieren. Aus den Abdrücken wurden anschließend dreidimensionale Modelle erstellt.
Translation - Macedonian Пред околу 3,6 милиони години три прачовека кои му припаѓале на одамна изумрениот вид Australopithecus afarensis оделе исправено низ сувиот пепел на вулканот Садиман. 70 отисоци од стопала се исушиле, а наоѓалиштето во Лаетоли е доказ дека пралуѓето се движеле со брзине од два до четири километри на час.На истиот вид му припаѓа и скелетот Луси што беше пронајден во 1974 год. во Етиопија.
Свитканите прсти на рацете и нозете како и исправените раменици наведуваат на заклучок дека Луси и пралуѓето од нејзиниот вид и натаму поминувале многу време на дрвјата. Но, сепак кај трагите од стапалата од Лаетоли останува нејасно, дали тие се резултат на одење со свиткани колена.
За да се реши загатката, истражувачите спровеле биомеханички експеримент-тие ги споредиле отисоците од стопалата на денешниот човек со трагите од Лаетоли.Научниците околу Дејвид Рајхлен од Аризона Универзитетот во Туксон во лабораторија конструирале песочна патека. Учесниците во опитот најпрво морале да одат во исправена пожба, а потоа во клекната како шимпанза. Од отисоците на крајот биле создадени тродимензионални модели.

As a part of my teaching experience in Contrastive Analysis German-Macedonian-German I have made several researches between the two languages considering their grammatical structures and their use in the standard language. The results confirmed the fact that the appropriate consideration of the grammatical and semantic rules must be included to avoid the most common mistakes in the translation resulting from the interlingual interference i.e. translation problems regarding:false pairs, phraseology,temporal systems,idioms etc.
