I am of French and Greek origin, grew up in Brussels, studied in England for eight years and have been in living in Madrid for the past six. I have a PhD in Political Science from the University of Warwick and have close to a decade of experience as a translator-interpreter-proofreader (English-Spanish-French).

I provide high quality consecutive and whispering interpretation services, with full availability and flexible working hours, and in varied settings such as conferences and seminars, accompaniment of international delegations, study visits in and out of Spain. I contribute, tactfully, to creating an environment that is suitable for a lively and fluid exchange of information and ideas in different cultural contexts.

I offer extensive experience in translation and proofreading legal texts, reports, studies, policy documents, minutes and agendas of meetings, as well as press releases and official letters, in areas such as economic policy, social policy and social protection, development assistance, fundamental rights, the fight against discrimination and social exclusion, education, employment, civil society and the non-profit sector, democracy and citizen participation, migration and minorities.

My language skills are bolstered by an in depth knowledge of the historical, political, legal, macro-economic and social context of economic and social policies, as well as measures to combat poverty and discrimination in Europe and beyond.
