MA in film theory. Worked in German film and TV companies as production assistant, involved in everything from cost analysis to script doctoring and, of course, translation of scripts/treatments into English.

Teaching business English at the Berlin School of Economics, specializing in marketing, management, finance, banking. Classes given on writing style and presentations. Specialization in academic English; recent examples include the Berlin School of Economics research report as well as professorial profiles.

Recent specialization in the arts. Examples are the website of the HfG-Archiv in Ulm and sections of the yearbook published by the Academy of Arts and Design, Offenbach. Cooperation with the art publisher Hatje-Cantz and the arts/social sciences translation cooperative Tradukas.
