English to Arabic: Who was Helen Keller General field: Art/Literary
Source text - English Helen Adams Keller (June 27, 1880 – June 1, 1968) was an American author, disability rights advocate, political activist and lecturer. Born in West Tuscumbia, Alabama, she lost her sight and her hearing after a bout of illness at the age of 19 months. She then communicated primarily using home signs until the age of seven, when she met her first teacher and life-long companion Anne Sullivan. This young woman taught Keller language, including reading and writing. After an education at both specialist and mainstream schools, Keller attended Radcliffe College of Harvard University and became the first deafblind person to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree.
She worked for the American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) from 1924 until 1968. During this time she toured the United States and traveled to 35 countries around the globe advocating for those with vision loss.
Keller was also a prolific author, writing 14 books and hundreds of speeches and essays on topics ranging from animals to Mahatma Gandhi. Keller campaigned for those with disabilities, for women's suffrage, labor rights, and world peace. In 1909 she joined the Socialist Party of America in 1909. She was a founding member of the American Civil Liberties Union.
Keller's 1903 autobiography, The Story of My Life publicized her education and life with Sullivan. It was adapted as a play by William Gibson, and this was also adapted as a film under the same title, The Miracle Worker. Her birthplace has been designated and preserved as a National Historic Landmark. Since 1954 it has been operated as a house museum. and sponsors an annual "Helen Keller Day".
Keller was inducted into the Alabama Women's Hall of Fame in 1971. She was one of twelve inaugural inductees to the newly founded Alabama Writers Hall of Fame on June 8, 2015.
Translation - Arabic هيلين آدامز كيلر (27 يونيو,1880 - 1 يونيو,1968) كانت مؤلفة أمريكية, و مدافعة عن حقوق ذوي الإعاقة, و ناشطة سياسية و محاضرة. ولدت هيلين بغرب مدينة تسكامبيا, بولاية ألاباما, و فقدت سمعها و بصرها بعد نوبة مرض أصابتها و هي بعمر تسعة عشر شهراً. استعانت هيلين بالإشارات البسيطة للتواصل مع من حولها حتي بلغت من العمر سبع سنين, حينها التقت بمعلمتها الأولي و رفيقتها التي ظلت معها طوال حياتها آن ساليفان. علمت آن الشابة هيلين اللغة, و أيضا القراءة و الكتابة. بعد حصولها علي التعليم في مدارس خاصة بذوي الإعاقات و مدارس عادية, دخلت هيلين جامعة رادكليف التابعة لهارفرد و أصبحت أول من يحصل علي شهادة بكالوريوس بالآداب من ذوي إعاقة الصمم و العمي.
عملت مع مؤسسة العميان الأمريكية من عام 1924 حتي 1968. و في خلال هذا الوقت تنقلت بداخل الولايات المتحدة كما أنها سافرت الي 35 بلداً حول العالم لتدافع عن حقوق العميان.
كانت هيلين أيضا مؤلفة دؤوبة , فقد كتبت أربعة عشر كتاباً و مئات الخطب و المقالات عن عدة مواضيع تتراوح من الحيوانات حتي المهاتما جاندي. كما قامت هيلين بإنشاء حملات لمناصرة ذوي الإعاقة, و حقوق المرأة للتصويت , و حقوق العمال, و السلام العالمي. بعام 1909 انضمت إلي حزب أمريكا الاشتراكي. و كانت عضوه بالاتحاد الأمريكي للحريات المدنية.
بعام 1903 أصدرت هيلين سيرتها الذاتية بعنوان, قصة حياتيو قامت بسرد تفاصيل دراستها و حياتها مع أن ساليفان. و قد تم تحويلها لمسرحية من قِبل ويليام جيبسون, و تم إقتباس فيلم عن المسرحية تحت نفس العنوان, صانعة المعجزات. تم حفظ مكان ميلادها كمعلم تاريخي. منذ 1954 تم فتح منزلها كمتحف و يخلد "ذكري هيلين كيلر السنوية"

قصة الفيلم
نادية انفصل والدها عن والدتها بالطلاق وهي في الثانية من عمرها، فنشأت في حجر أبيها الذي امتنع عن الزواج وكرس حياته لتربيتها والعناية بها.
وعندما بلغت نادية السادسة عشرة من عمرها، تزوج والدها من صفية التي كانت سيدة كريمة الخلق. لكن الابنة امتلات نفسها بالغيرة على المرأة التي جاءت لتحتل المكان الأول في قصر أبيها، فاندفعت تعاكس بالتليفون رجلا، رأته في النادى، وتضرب له موعد لقاء، وهكذا التقت نادية بمصطفى.
ترددت على شقته في غفلة من أهلها. ثم يحدث أن يتعرف مصطفى بزوجة أبيها في إحدى السهرات ويبدي اهتمامه وإعجابه بها، فيزداد حقد «نادية» عليها، وغيرتها منها، فتعمل على الإيقاع بها لطردها من البيت.
وتنجح الفتاة في إيهام أبيها بوجود علاقة آثمة بين زوجته وأخيه، وينفصل عن أخيه، وتصبح نادية سيدة البيت مرة أخرى.
تشعر نادية بتأنيب الضمير، فتعمل على تزويج أبيها من زميلة قديمة لها صادفتها في المصيف. لكنها سرعان ما تكتشف أن لزوجة أبيها الجديدة عشيقا تغدق عليه مال أبيها المخدوع، وتنجح في تسجيل حديث تليفوني بينهما يثبت هذة الخيانة. تنجرح من إطلاع أبيها على الحقيقة حتى لا تحطم حياته الزوجية مرتين.
وزاد في عذابها أنها أدركت أن مصطفى لا يحبها، وأنه سعى إلى صفية بعد طلاقها، وخطبها لنفسه.
يُفاجئ والدها برؤية زوجته الجديدة مع عشيقها، فتضطر نادية إلى إيهام أبيها بأن العشيق إنما هو حبيبها الذي يريد أن يخطبها، ويوافق. هذا الحل هوى في نفس زوجة الأب، فتتمسك به، وتحمل زوجها على الموافقة على هذا الزواج.
لكن نادية لا تستطيع أن تمضي في التستر على الخيانة إلى النهاية، فتصارح أباها ليلة عقد القران بالحقيقة. ويتدخل القدر مرة أخرى، إذ تتصل إحدى الشموع بثوب زفافها فتشتعل فيها النار، وتُنقل إلى المستشفى، حيث تُنقذ حياتها، لكن يُصاب جسمها بتشويه من أثر الحريق.

Plot
Nadia's father separated from her mother when she was only two years old. He devoted himself to raising her and did not remarry, making her very attached to him.
When Nadia turned sixteen, her father married Safia a decent and generous woman. However, Nadia felt jealous of the woman who took her place in her father's manor, which drove her to flirt with a man on the phone, who she had seen in the clubhouse and set a date for meeting him. And that's how Nadia met Mustafa.
She frequently went over to his apartment behind her family's back. One night during an evening party Mustafa is introduced to Nadia's stepmother Safia, and he shows an interest in her, thus amplifying Nadia's hatred and jealousy, which sets her to work on a plan to get rid of her.
She succeeds in convincing her father that Safia is having an affair with his brother, which causes him to cut ties with them both, making Nadia the sole lady of the manor once more.
Nadia starts to feel guilty, so she tries to get her father remarried to an old colleague of hers, which she happened to coincidentally meet while on vacation. However, she soon discovers that her new stepmother has a lover, which she supports using her father's money, and she successfully records a telephone conversation between them which proves this. Though she is unable to tell her father fearing she would ruin his marriage for the second time.
To further increase her suffering, she realizes Mustafa does not love her, and he gets engaged to Safia after her divorce.
Her father is shocked upon discovering his new wife with her lover, which makes Nadia lie to convince him that he is actually her own lover who wants to marry her. This pleases her new stepmother, and she convinces her father to agree to the marriage.
In time Nadia can't stand covering for her stepmother till the end, thus she tells her father the truth on her wedding night.
A candle accidentally sets her wedding dress on fire, and she is moved to the hospital. Her life is saved, however, she is now disfigured.

أحكام عامة
مادة (١) : إذا آلت منشأة فردية بالميراث لوارث أو أكثر، يعامل كل منهم ضريبيًا معاملة الممول الفرد المنصوص عليها في القانون .
مادة (٢): يعد تأجير المعدات، في تطبيق حكم المادة (١) من القانون، في حكم استعمالها أو الحق في استعمالها. وتشمل الإتاوات جميع المبالغ التي تدفع مقابل تأجير المعدات الصناعية أو التجارية أو العلمية.
ومع ذلك إذا كان المؤجر يباشر نشاطه من خلال فرع مسجل فإنه يحاسب لأغراض الضريبة باعتباره منشأة دائمة.

Issued law no. (91) for the year 2005
Part one
General laws
Article (1): If a sole proprietorship is inherited by one or more individuals, they are taxed each as a sole proprietorship.
Article (2): equipment leasing is considered, in applying article (1) of this law, as using the equipment or having the right to use it. Royalties include all the amounts paid for leasing industrial, or commercial, or scientific equipment.
Nonetheless, if the lessor is operating from a place registered with the tax bureau, they are taxed as a permanent establishment.
