I have been working as a professional translator since 2002. I started by translating engineering documentation and interpreting during training sessions dedicated to satellite systems, then continued working at airplane manufacturing and maintenance plants.

I have vast experience of working at the construction and renovation sites of thermal and hydro power plants (e.g. Aswan HPP) as well as at ship repair and maintenance operations in the dry dock of Dubai. This experience of work in the field gave me the opportunity to better understand engineering, production and maintenance processes, from the concept through engineering and manufacturing to aftersale service.

This allowed me to successfully expand my fields of expertise to timber processing, paper mills, chemical plants, mechanical equipment, etc during freelance translation. There is always a place for improvement and I try to expand my horizons. I am constantly researching, learning and working hard to ensure the highest quality for my customers.
