Source text - English The Assessment Matrix is intended to set out the factors which should be taken into consideration by senior
Leadership in the United Nations in determining the deployment and/or pre-deployment of a military contingent and formed police units in a United Nations peacekeeping operation.
The factors cover a range of preventive measures , including training, screening , and vetting, as well as accountability standards, including investigative capacities of National Investigation Officers.
As indicated in the Matrix, a number of factors are considered by the United Nations to be mandatory. These factors are clearly indicated as mandatory, and a contingent/formed police unit will be deemed to not be ready for deployment should any of the mandatory factors not be met.
Translation - Bosnian Predmetna Matrica za procjene navodi faktore, koje bi čelnici UN-a trebali razmatrati pri donošenju odluka prije i/ili nakon slanja vojnog kontigenta i formiranih policijskih jedinica u mirovne operacije UN-a. Navedeni faktori podrazumijevaju cijeli niz preventivnih mjera, ali i obuke, odabir i provjere kandidata, te standarde odgovornosti, uključujući i istražne kapacitete Nacionalnih službenika za istrage.
Kao što je u Matrici i naznačeno, cijeli je niz faktora koje UN smatra obaveznim. Takvi su faktori jasno označeni, a u slučaju neispunjavanja bilo kojeg od navedenih obaveza – kontigent/formirana policijska jedinica neće se smatrati spremnom za angažman.

(1) Stranac može ulaziti u BiH i boraviti na njenoj teritoriji s važećom putnom ispravom u koju je unesena viza ili odobrenje boravka, ako ovim Zakonom ili međunarodnim ugovorom nije drugačije određeno. Ulazak, boravak, kretanje i izlazak stranaca mogu biti ograničeni pod uslovima propisanim ovim ili drugim zakonom.
(2) Prava iz stava (1) ovog člana mogu biti djelimično ili potpuno ograničena u skladu sa zakonom u mjeri koja je neophodna u demokratskom društvu u interesu državne ili javne sigurnosti, radi očuvanja javnog poretka, sprečavanja kriminala, zaštite zdravlja ili morala, ili radi zaštite prava i sloboda drugih.
(3) Sigurnosnu provjeru za stranca s ciljem utvrđivanja razloga sigurnosti BiH provodi Obavještajno-sigurnosna agencija Bosne i Hercegovine. Pravilnik o načinu provođenja sigurnosne provjere donosi generalni direktor Obavještajno-sigurnosne agencije Bosne i Hercegovine.

(1) An alien may enter BiH and stay in its territory with a valid travel document to which a visa or residence permit is affixed, unless otherwise provided under this Law or an international agreement. The entry, stay, movement and exit of aliens may be restricted under the terms provided under this Law or another law.
(2) The rights referred to in paragraph (1) of this article may be partially or fully restricted in accordance with law and to the extent that is necessary in a democratic society for the benefit of state or public security, for the purpose of preserving legal order, combating crime, protecting health or morality, or for the purpose of protecting the rights and freedoms of others.
(3) Security check for an alien to the purpose of establishing the security reasons of BiH shall be performed by the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The rulebook on the method of performing security checks shall be issued by the General Director of the Intelligence and Security Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Source text - Bosnian Osnovnim subjektom u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji naše zemlje smatraju se poljoprivredna porodična gazdinstva. Da bi mogle da se izvrše neophodne organizaciono-ekonomske reforme potrebno je da agrarni sektor doživi korjenite promijene. Poseban problem na poljoprivrednim porodičnim gazdinstvima predstavlja utvrđivanje rezultata poslovanja gazdinstva koji se javlja usred nedostatka informacija o poslovanju. Veliki broj poljoprivrednih proizvođača naglasak stavlja na proces proizvodnje, a ne na samo planiranje proizvodnje, vođenje evidencije prihoda i rashoda te kontrolu troškova i izradu kalkulacije proizvodnje. Za vrijeme visokih cijena poljoprivrednih proizvoda ovakav pristup je bio dovoljan, ali u vremenu globalizacije tržišta, visokih troškova proizvodnje i jake konkurencije potrebno je promijeniti tradicionalni pristup planiranju. Ovaj problem posebno dolazi do izražaja kada porodična gazdinstva žele da nabave dodatna novčana sredstva za poslovanje, a davaoci novčanih sredstava nemaju uvid u rezultate poslovanja gazdinstva. Prema tome, evidencija o poslovanju na gazdinstvu i utvrđivanje rezultata poslovanja gazdinstva predstavljaju osnovni preduslov za napredovanje porodičnih poljoprivrednih gazdinstava.
Translation - English Agricultural family farms are considered to be the main subject of our country's agricultural production. In order to carry out necessary organisational economic reforms, agricultural sector needs to experience serious changes. A particular problem in agricultural family farms is determining operating results which occurs because of the lack of information about its operating. A large number of farmers emphasise on the production process and not on the production planning, keeping of income and expense records and also cost control and making manufactory cost calculations. During the period of high prices of agricultural products this approach was sufficient, but in the era of market globalisation, high production costs and strong competition it is necessary to change the traditional approach to planning. This problem is particularly evident when family farms want to obtain additional funds for operations and providers of funds do not have access to the results of their operating. Therefore, farm's operating records and determining the operating results are the basic prerequisite for the progress of family farms.

Source text - English The findings indicated that this group experience did indeed teach girls how to
better communicate with one another. It raised awareness of relational aggression,
developed empathy, taught healthy conflict management, explored feelings, increased
self-esteem, and promoted a positive change in female relationships.
The group surveys and activities given were beneficial in the development of
preparing girls in dealing with relational aggression. The activity of acting kind to others
helped allow them to think outside the box and do some risk taking. They were able to
talk to other people in the school or outside that they normally would not associate with
or be kind to. Becoming knowledgeable about the topic at hand was an eye opening
experience not only for participants but also for the student researcher. Getting the girls’
perspective on what life is like on a daily basis and how they deal with things was
helpful.
Translation - Serbian Налази указују да је ово групно искуство заиста научило девојке како да боље комуницирају једна са другом. Оно је подигло свесност о релационој агресији, развило емпатију, научило здравом управљању конфликтима, истражило осећања, повећало самопоуздање, и подстакло позитивну промену у женским односима.
Групна истраживања и активности које су биле дате биле су корисне за припрему девојака у ношењу са релационом агресијом. Активност глумљења љубазности према другима им је помогла да дозволе да размишљају изван оквира и предузму неке ризике. Биле су способне да разговарају са другим особама у школи или ван ње са којима иначе се не би дружиле или према њима биле љубазне. То што су стекле знање о овој теми било је искуство које отвара очи не само за учеснике већ и за студента истраживача. Увидети перспективу девојака о томе какав је живот из дана у дан и како се оне носе са стварима је било корисно.

iako je ta osoba vaš blizak rođak, nemojte pretpostavljati da to isto važi i za vas. Izgleda da
postoji više genetičkih faktora koji imaju ili
posredan ili neposredan uticaj na krvni pritisak.
Malo je verovatno da je vaš genetički sastav
identičan bilo kom vašem rođaku u svim tim
pogledima. Krvni pritisak se meri u milimetrima (mm) živinog stuba. Medicinski svijet danas dijeli

Translation - English Most people have certain tendency towards high blood pressure. Whether it will be developed and how fast depends on their daily decisions. Of course, there are those unusual people who seem to be genetically immune to hypertension. Perhaps you know someone who does everything wrong - but still has normal blood pressure. Even if that person is your close relative, don't assume the same works for you. It seems there are several genetic factors that have direct or indirect influence on blood pressure. It is not likely that your genetic composition is identical to any of your relatives in all those aspects. Blood pressure is measured in millimetres (mm) of mercury. The world of medicine nowadays classifies the readings of blood pressure in several risk levels.

In the virtual processor approach, we pretend there are several times as many virtual processors as the number of real processors. Any of the partitioning techniques and query-evaluation techniques that we study later in this chapter can be used, but they map tuples and work to virtual processors instead of to real processors. Virtual processors, in turn, are mapped to real processors, usually by round-robin partitioning.
Translation - Serbian Drugi pristup minimizovanju efekta iskrivljenja, posebno u slučaju podjele opsega, je upotreba virtuelnih procesora. U slučaju pristupa koji se bazira na virutelnim procesorima, pretvaramo se da postoji nekoliko puta više virtuelnih procesora nego što ima stvarnih.
