I am a biologist with an MBA in Environmental Management, Postgraduate in Environmental Analysis and 20 years of experience in the areas of geoprocessing, remote sensing and environmental licensing.

Currently, I am working towards a career as a translator. I have more than 200 hours of courses and training in the area, such as a translator training certification (over 180 hours), Portuguese for translators, translation of comic books and translation of fiction.

Between 2007 and 2009, working as a Biologist at a geomatic solutions company (Threetek), I had the opportunity to help in a translation of a software guide (EN > PT). In 2017, I worked as a freelance translator and interpreter for an environmental engineering consultancy company (Árvore Engenharia Ambiental). In addition, I work doing translation and subtitling as a volunteer. 

I have broad interests and hobbies. They lie in literature, general culture, music, movies, series and documentaries, games, technology, environment, and energy.
