ATENÇÃO Este indicador de atenção indica os métodos de trabalho ou de produção que devem ser rigorosamente respeitados para evitar qualquer estrago ou destruição das instalações e também excluir qualquer risco que possa afetar as pessoas. 1.2 – SEGURANÇA DO TRABALHO: PROCEDIMENTOS Os procedimentos referentes à segurança do trabalho, enumeradas abaixo, devem ser escrupulosamente respeitados. • A máquina foi projetada e produzida segundo normas técnicas específicas e seu uso é seguro. No entanto, se a máquina for usada por pessoas incompetentes ou para fins outros que os previstos, seu uso pode tornar-se perigoso. • A máquina serve somente para a impressão de objetos de diferentes formas e necessita o uso de tintas com solvente ou de tintas UV. Portanto, a máquina não deverá ser usada para qualquer outra função. O construtor não se responsabiliza pelos estragos resultantes de um uso inadequado da máquina. Os riscos de tal uso são da responsabilidade do utilizador. • Cada uma das pessoas encarregadas do funcionamento e da manutenção da máquina deve ler e assimilar todas as instruções de uso e, em particular, o capítulo "Segurança". • A máquina só deve ser usada por pessoas autorizadas. A mesma diretiva é válida para a manutenção e a limpeza da máquina. Da mesma forma, qualquer equipamento auxiliar comprado e instalado pelo cliente também deve ser protegido pelo instalador. A DUBUIT Máquinas não se responsabiliza, de maneira alguma, pela segurança e pela conformidade à regulamentação destes equipamentos auxiliares. O dispositivo de segurança é provido de painéis móveis para que se possa regular a máquina e mudar as telas. ATENÇÃO O acesso aos órgãos principais da máquina está protegido por cárters de proteção. Somente o pessoal qualificado responsável pela manutenção é autorizado a remover os carter e fazer alguma intervenção. PERIGO Qualquer intervenção mecânica deve ser efetuada quando a máquina estiver fora de tensão. Os cárters devem ser reposicionados após a intervenção. 3.3 - Segurança elétrica 3.3.1 Chave seccionadora geral A máquina possui uma chave seccionadora geral que se encontra no quadro elétrico na parte traseira do equipamento. A maçaneta da chave seccionadora pode ser travada, por meio de um cadeado, em posição aberta para que ninguém possa colocar acidentalmente a máquina sob tensão quando o pessoal da manutenção estiver trabalhando nela. PERIGO Esta caixa seccionadora é um isolador. Ela não deve ser usada para desligar a máquina, mesmo em caso de emergência, e só deve ser manuseada uma vez que foram cortados os diferentes elementos sob tensão. 3.3.2 Parada de emergência Em caso de emergência, para parar imediatamente a máquina e cortar todos os circuitos sob tensão é preciso apertar um dos botões de emergência de tipo soco (botões salientes vermelhos com fixação direta no capô da máquina). ATENÇÃO Em condições de funcionamento normais, nunca usar os botões de parada de emergência para desligar a máquina. ATENÇÃO Em caso de parada de emergência, as turbinas de resfriamento do UV ficarão ligadas durante 4 minutos. Só será possível ligar a maquina novamente após essa espera. De fato, o corte brutal da tensão anula o processo normal de resfriamento da lâmpada UV e portanto, reduz de maneira significativa seu tempo de vida. Além do mais, para que esta lâmpada possa voltar a funcionar normalmente, ela deve primeiro esfriar de modo natural para em seguida, voltar a esquentar, uma operação que dura vários minutos. Antes de ligar a máquina, apertar nos botões de parada de emergência e verificar que estão funcionando. 3.4 SEGURANÇA ESPECIFICA DOS UV ( Ultra – Violeta ) 3.4.1 Segurança contra a irradiação Os raios ultravioletas podem causar queimaduras graves na pele ou na retina. PERIGO Nunca tentar olhar para as lâmpadas UV mesmo usando proteção ocular apropriada. Os fornos são equipados de defletores que protegem os operadores dos raios diretos provenientes das lâmpadas. PERIGO Nunca ligar as lâmpadas se os cárters tiverem sido retirados. Qualquer que seja a circunstância, o operador não deve ligar a máquina sem que os cárters de proteção estejam instalados. 3.4.2 Extração do oziono PERIGO As lâmpadas UV geram, a mais da luz UV necessária a cura da tinta, uma certa quantidade de calor e de ozônio, um gás que se respirado em grande quantidade é prejudicial à saúde. O extrator é projetado para extrair o calor e o ozônio da máquina. O cliente deverá providenciar o sistema de exaustão do ar quente contaminado fora da sala de trabalho.. 3.4.3 Segurança elétrica A tensão elétrica nos terminais da lâmpada pode atingir valores muito elevados (centenas de volts em função do comprimento da lâmpada e de sua temperatura). È obrigatório desligar a chave seccionadora para intervir nos circuitos ou componentes elétricos do forno UV. 3.4.4 Instruções de segurança para o uso das tintas UV DUBUIT As tintas UV DUBUIT não contêm solventes voláteis e, por isso, não apresentam qualquer risco de intoxicação por inalação de vapores nocivos durante a impressão ou durante a secagem. No entanto, a presença de monômeros acrílicos irritantes para a pele implica precauções de uso particulares: • Em caso de contato com a pele, lavar imediatamente com água e sabão (é recomendado instalar uma pia ou torneira perto da máquina para esse efeito). • Usar luvas e óculos quando da limpeza das telas. • Não introduzir tinta dentro das luvas e não trabalhar com roupas manchadas de tinta (a tinta não seca, acaba atravessando o tecido e entrando então em contato direto com a pele). • Em caso de projeção nos olhos, lavar imediatamente e abundantemente o olho atingido com água corrente durante 15 minutos e consultar um médico o mais rápido possível. • Colocar os panos sujos e as caixas vazias dentro de sacos impermeáveis antes de jogá-los fora. • Referir-se às instruções detalhadas inscritas na Ficha de Instruções de Segurança relativa à tinta usada. 4 - INSTALAÇÃO 4.1 - PREPARAÇÃO 4.1.1 Transporte O transporte do equipamento até a posição definitiva deve ser feito com equipamento adequado e funcionários qualificados, de acordo com as recomendações de levantamento da Dubuit na hora da entrega da maquina. 4.1.2 Condições de trabalho do equipamento • Temperatura ambiente: Mínima: 10 ºC (50°F) Máxima: 40 ºC (104°F) • Máxima umidade relativa: inferior 90% / 1000m, sem condensação ATENÇÃO • Não instale a máquina em local que a exponha a raios solares, perto de fontes de calor ou sujeita a alta variação de temperatura. • Se a máquina tiver que ser instalada perto de equipamento gerador de vibração, a fundação deve conter material de isolamento ou qualquer outro método deve ser usado para proteger a máquina. • Não instale a máquina em locais sujeitos a vibração excessiva. • Não instale a máquina em locais sujeitos a poeira ou gases e ácidos corrosivos, prejudiciais à máquina. • Não instale a máquina perto de qualquer instalação elétrica que possa vir a perturbar o seu funcionamento (alta freqüência). 4.2 – POSICIONAMENTO DA MAQUINA O posicionamento definitivo da máquina é de responsabilidade do cliente. Verificar antecipadamente que o piso tenha a capacidade de suportar o peso total da máquina. O peso é repartido em vários pontos de apoio (máquina 1 cor: 4 pontos – 2 cores: 8 pontos – 3 cores: 12 pontos). . Transportar a máquina até o lugar da instalação e posicioná-la com cuidado. ATENÇÃO Para garantir um bom funcionamento do equipamento, é obrigatório nivelar todo o equipamento graças aos pés reguláveis em altura. 4.3 – INSTALAÇÃO ELETRICA PERIGO Falha na observação desses requisitos poderá causar prejuízos e riscos de responsabilidade do cliente. 4.3.1 Fiação A ligação à rede elétrica deve ser efetuada por funcionários especializados. Reporte-se ao Esquema Elétrico para indicação da fiação das fases, neutros e terra para a ligação da maquina. ATENÇÃO Verificar as tensões da rede e dos componentes da máquina antes de efetuar a ligação. ATENÇÃO A Linha de Energia de Alimentação deve ser estabelecida com uma fase equilibrada. A voltagem nominal de entrada não deve exceder a variação de ±10%. 4.3.2 Sequencia de fases de alimentação Certifique-se de que a seqüência de fase da alimentação seja correta, de forma que os motores elétricos funcionem de acordo com a direção indicada. (Observação: somente os motores que não sejam ligados a inversores são sujeitos a girar invertido). 4.3.3 Aterramento Providiencie aterramento exclusivo para a maquina, com resistencia inferior ou igual a 10 Ohms. O aterramento deve estar o mais proximo possivel da maquina, caso necessite ser distante, evite a instalação aerea ou proxima qualquer outra linha de alimentação de energia Caso existir mais de uma maquina, o mesmo aterramento pode ser usado, desde que o aterramento saindo da maquina esteja ligado diretamente a hasta aterrada e não passe por outro painel energizado de outra maquina. 4.5 – INSTALAÇÃO PNEUMATICA A máquina possui uma entrada de ar única do lado da esteira de entrada. Conectar a rede de ar da fabrica antes do filtro regulador. Os cilindros e as válvulas não necessitam de ar lubrificado. ATENÇÃO O cliente deverá garantir que o ar da rede seja limpo e seco, pois o filtro-regulador da máquina é só complementar e não poderá limpar e secar um ar muito poluído. O funcionamento da máquina será alterado se a pressão de entrada vir a passar abaixo dos 6 bar. 5 - DESCRITIVO E REGULAGENS DOS CONJUNTOS 5.1- CABEÇA DE IMPRESSAO A cabeça de impressão é composta por: - O sistema do movimento esquerda - direita da tela é feito graças à um came e uma transmissão por corrente. - Uma cremalheira permite de transferir o movimento de translação da tela em rotação da caneta para imprimir. - Os braços-suporte de tela ajustáveis - O cabeçote rodo-raspador de impressão 5.2- REGULAGEMS DA TELA O quadro da tela de impressão é fixado na maquina graças à um sistema regulável. Para deslocar a tela no eixo X, utilizar o manipulo A destravando o manipulo a situados perto da rotula do lado direito. De cada lado da tela, cada braço possui regulagens independentes: Para deslocar um braço no eixo Y, utilizar o manipulo B destravando a alavanca de trava b. Uma regulagem angular da tela é possível mexendo nas porcas de fixação C de baixo das rotulas para inclinar em volta do eixo Y e utilizando o manipulo D (atrais do cabeçote de impressão) para inclinar em volta do eixo X. Tem a possibilidade de regular o curso do pistão de levanta do cabeçote a partir do volante E. ATENÇÃO Antes de regular os braços, é necessário destravar as manoplas situadas na lateral de cada regulagem. ATENÇÃO Não esquecer de travar todas as regulagens antes de reiniciar a produção. 5.3- REGULAGEM DO CONJUNTO RODO - RASPADOR O conjunto funciona com movimento pneumático com movimento do rodo e da espátula independente. O conjunto espátula tem as regulagens seguintes: Regulagem de pressão do rodo: soltar a contra porca e girar o manipulo A. Regulagem de pressão do raspador: soltar a contra porca e girar o manipulo B . Regulagem da posição do rodo Soltar o parafuso C e avançar manualmente o rodo para a esquerda o para a direita. Regulagem angular do rodo Soltar o parafuso D e orientar manualmente o rodo. E possível trazer o conjunto para trás e para frente soltando os parafusos sem cabeça E (um de cada lado do cabeçote) 6 - TROCA DE FERRAMENTAL 1- Trocar as ponteiras: Tirar o anel de trava A para retirar a ponteira. Colocar no lugar a ponteira do novo ferramental. 2- Trocar os culotes: Soltar os 2 parafusos B e tirar o conjunto culote inteiro. Colocar no lugar os culotes do novo ferramental. 3- Trocar o queimador: Soltar os 2 parafusos C e tirar o queimador. Colocar no lugar o queimador do novo ferramental. 4- Regular a abertura dos diedros com o volante D. 5- Regular altura culote-ponteira: Soltar o parafuso F na lateral do conjunto. Regular a altura culote-ponteira usando o volante E. Apertar de novo o parafuso F após regulagem. 6- Posicionar a ponteira Para regular a posição da ponteira, soltar a alavanca de trava G e afastar a ponteira. Colocar um objeto no diedro na frente do culote, lançar o ciclo da maquina até chegar na posição de fechamento culote-ponteira. Avançar o conjunto ponteira até encostar no objeto e apertar a alavanca G. 7- Regular a altura das ventosas do pick- place Soltar o parafuso H para poder regular a altura. 7 - PAINEL DE CONTROLE A – Botão liga No modo manual, a maquina funciona quanto o botão está pressionado. No modo automático, 1 toque permite de iniciar a produção. B – Botão desliga Aperta uma vez para parar a maquina no fim do ciclo. C – Botão de parada de emergência Em caso de problema durante o ciclo, pressionar esse botão. Ele corta a parte de potência dos motores e bloqueia o funcionamento do CLP. D – IHM – tela de comando Para selecionar os tipos de funcionamento, as temporizações e as diferentes ações na máquina. E – Potenciômetro UV Para aumentar ou diminuir a amperagem da corrente na lâmpada UV. A corrente é controlada por amperímetro. 8 - MANUTENÇÃO PERIGO Toda operação de manutenção na máquina deve ser efetuada com a alimentação geral elétrica e pneumática desligada e após o resfriamento completo das fontes de calor (motor, flamador, UV,...) ATENÇÃO Depois de cada operação de manutenção, deve se verificar que nada tenha ficado no meio das partes mecânicas. Durante as operações de manutenção, os funcionários habilitados deverão se preparar com as proteções apropriadas a cada atividade (cadeado na chave geral e a alimentação de ar, óculos, luvas, etc...) 8.1 - MANUTENÇÃO DIARIA Manter a máquina limpa é uma prioridade, pois isso é garantia de uma maior durabilidade da máquina e de mais segurança para o operador. • Tirar todos os objetos caídos dentro da máquina • Limpar a máquina com um pano limpo para tirar todo pó ou sujeira presente nas partes mecânicas e no chassi. • Tirar com um pano limpo e seco toda gota de tinta que possa ter pingado fora da tela. • Verificar o filtro-regulador de entrada de ar. Quando estiver com água, acionar o dreno manual na parte de baixo do filtro para esvaziar o copo. 8.2 - MANUTENÇÃO PREVENTIVA Cada semana ou cada 80h de funcionamento: Engraxar os engrenagens, cremalheiras e pinhões. Com um pano limpo, tirar o máximo de graxa das engrenagens, das cremalheiras e dos pinhões. Com um pincel, passar de novo graxa de uso geral (nos dentes de todas as engrenagens e as cremalheiras, sem deixar excessos). Engraxar o caminho dos cames. Com um pano limpo, limpar graxa na periferia e no rasgo lateral dos cames. Com um pincel, passar uma fina camada de graxa de uso geral sem deixar excessos. Engraxar as rotulas. Com um pano limpo, tirar das rotulas o excesso de graxa presente. Com uma bomba engraxadeira de bico fino, completar as rotulas da mesma graxa, até renovar a graxa já presente. Utilizar graxa de uso geral NSK LUB ou equivalente. ATENÇÃO È aconselhável de engraxar levemente a engrenagem recém colocada à cada troca de produção Cada 6 meses ou cada 3000h de funcionamento: Relubrificar os patins de esferas do movimento de impressão. Com um pano limpo, tirar dos trilhos e dos patins o excesso de graxa presente. Com uma bomba engraxadeira de bico fino (por exemplo bomba NSK HGP + bico NSK HGPNZ5), completar os patins da mesma graxa, até renovar a graxa jà presente. Utilizar graxa de uso geral NSK LUB ou equivalente. Relubrificar os patins de esferas do levantamento cabeçote. Proceder como para os patins do movimento de impressão. Cuidado para não deixar excesso que possa vir a cair na tela de serigrafia Verificar as tensões das correias dos motores Se a correia do motor estiver com pouca tensão, destravar a placa suporte do motor, com os dois parafusos de esticagem, complementar a tensão da correia e travar de volta a placa suporte. 8.3 - OUTRAS INFORMAÇÕES SOBRE MANUTENÇÃO Manutenção dos redutores (aconselhada pelos fabricantes...) Redutor GEREMIA GSA63 (atrás dos cames) A primeira troca de óleo é recomendada 800 horas de funcionamento, esvaziando totalmente o redutor, para que as partículas desprendidas durante este período saiam com o lubrificante. In the same way, any auxiliary equipment purchased and installed by the customer should also be protected by the installer. The DUBUIT machines will not be liable, in any way, for safety and compliance to the regulation of this ancillary equipment. The safety device is provided with movable panels so that you can adjust the machine and change the screens. ATTENTION The crankcase protection protects the access to the main machine components. Only qualified personnel responsible for the maintenance are authorized to remove the crankcase in the case of any intervention need. WARNING Any mechanical operation must be performed when the machine is out of tension. The crankcases must be repositioned after the intervention. 3.3 - Electrical Safety: 3.3.1 General Section Switch The machine has a general section switch located on the electric board on the equipment back. The switch section handle can be blocked using a locker, in the open position so that nobody can incidentally put the machine under tension, by the time the maintenance personnel is working on it. WARNING That section box is an insulator. It should not be used to shut the machine down, even in the emergency case, and should only be handled once the different elements under tension were shut down. 3.3.2 Emergency Shutdown In the case of emergency, to immediately stop the machine and cut all circuits under tension, it is necessary to push one of the fist type emergency buttons (protruding red buttons directly mounted on the machine hood). ATTENTION In normal operating conditions, never use the emergency shutdown buttons to turn the machine off. ATTENTION In the event of an emergency shutdown, the cooling turbines of the UV light stay on for 4 minutes. You can connect the machine again, only after this break. In fact, the voltage cut cancels the normal cooling process of the UV lamp. Thus it significantly reduces the lifetime. Whatever the occasion, the operator should not turn the machines on without the crankcases protection are installed. 3.4.2 Ozone Extraction WARNING The more UV light are necessary to cure the ink they also generate more of a certain amount of heat and ozone, a gas that if breathed in large quantities is harmful to your health. The extractor is designed to extract the heat and ozone from the machine. The customer must provide the exhausting system of hot air contamination off from the workplace. 3.4.3 - Electrical Safety: The bulb terminals voltage can reach very high values (hundreds of volts depending on the bulb length and its temperature). It is mandatory to disconnect the switch section to work on circuits or electrical components in the UV oven. 3.4.4 Safety Instructions for UV inks use by DUBUIT The DUBUIT UV inks do not contain volatile solvents and, therefore, do not present any poisoning risk by noxious fumes inhalation during printing or drying. However, in the acrylic irritating monomers presence, the skin requires specific precautions: • In the case of skin contact, wash immediately with soap and water (it is recommended to install a sink or tap near the machine for this purpose). • Wear gloves and goggles when cleaning the screens. • Do not introduce ink inside the gloves and do not work with stained clothes by the paint (the paint does not dry, just goes through the fabric and gets into direct contact with the skin). • In the case of projection in the eyes, rinse and hit them with water immediately and thoroughly for 15 minutes and go to a doctor as soon as possible. • Put the dirty cloths and the empty boxes inside water-resistant bags before throwing them out. • Refer to detailed instructions included in the Schedule of Safety Instructions on the used ink. 4 - INSTALLATION 4.1 - PREPARATION 4.1.1 Transport The equipment transport until the final position should be done with proper equipment and qualified personnel, in accordance by the lifting recommendations by Dubuit at the machine delivery time. 4.1.2 Equipment working conditions Ambient temperature: Capacity: 10°C (50°F) Maximum: 40°C (104°F) Maximum relative humidity: below 90% / 1000m, without condensation ATTENTION Do not install the machine in a location that exposes to sunlight, near heat sources or subject to high- temperature variation. If the machine is to be installed near an equipment generator of vibration, the foundation must contain insulation material or any other method to protect the machine should be used. Do not install the machine in places subject to excessive vibration. Do not install the machine in places subject to dust or gasses and corrosive acids, harmful to the machine. Do not install the machine near any electrical installation which may Disrupt its operation (high frequency). 4.2 – MACHINE POSITIONING The final machine positioning is the customer responsibility. Check in advance that the floor is capable of sustaining the total machine weight. Transport the machine until the installation place and position it carefully. ATTENTION Is mandatory to level off all equipment with adjustable feet in height to ensure a smooth equipment function. 4.3- ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION WARNING Failure to observe these requirements may cause damage and risk of the customer's liability. 4.3.1 Electrical Wires The wire connection must be carried out by specialist staff. Refer to the Electrical Schematic for indication of the wiring phases, neutral, and earthing for the machine connection. ATTENTION Check the voltages of the network and machine components before making the connection. ATTENTION The line of energy supply should be established with a stabilized phase. The nominal voltage input should not exceed ±10% variation. 4.3.2 The energy supply stages sequence Make sure that the stage sequence of energy supply is correct, so that electric motors operate in the direction indicated. (Note: only engines that are not linked to motors are subject to rotate backward). 4.3.3 Earthing System Provide an exclusive earthing system for the machine, with resistivity strength less than or equal to 10 Ohms. The Earthing System system should be as close as possible to the machine, should it need to be apart, avoid aerial installation or installing it near to any other line of the power supply. If there is more than one machine, the earthing system may be used, provided that the earth system coming out of the machine is connected directly to a earthing pole and does not pass through another energized panel from another machine. 4.5 PNEUMATIC INSTALLATION The machine has an air intake only at the entrance track side. Connect the premises air system previously from the filter regulator. The cylinders and valves do not require lubricated air. ATTENTION The customer must ensure that the air system of the network is clean and dry because the machine filter-regulator is a complement only and may not clean and dry a much polluted air. The machine operation changes if the input pressure happens to go through below 6 bars. 5 - SETS DESCRIPTIVE AND ADJUSTMENTS 5.1 - PRINTING HEAD. The printing head is composed by: - The system of the left- right side movement of the screen is done by a cam and a chain transmission. - A ratchet allows you to transfer the translational screen movement in rotation of the pen to print. - The screen arms-stand are adjustable - The head of the printer squeegees roller 5.2- SCREEN ADJUSTMENTS The print screen framework is fixed on the machine by an adjustable system. To move the screen on the X axis, use the manipulator A to unlocking the manipulator a situated near the labels on the right side. On each side of the screen, each arm has independent adjustment settings: To move an arm on the Y-axis, use the manipulator B unlocking the locking lever b. One angle adjustment of the screen is possible by a stir in the C fixing nuts bottom of the joints to tilt around the Y-axis and using the D manipulator (behind the print head) to tilt around the X-axis. There is a possibility to adjust the piston movement to raise the head from the printing head. ATTENTION Before adjusting the arms, it is necessary to unlock the knobs located on the side of each adjustment setting. ATTENTION Do not forget to lock all adjustments before you restart production. 5.3- ADJUSTING THE WHOLE SQUEEGEE ROLLER The set works with pneumatic movement with independent movement of the squeegee and spatula. The spatula set has the following adjustment settings: Adjusting the squeegee pressure: loosen the lock of the fixing nut and turn the A handle. Adjusting the roller pressure: loosen the lock of the fixing nut and turn the B handle. Adjusting the squeegee position Loosen the C screw and manually advance the squeegee to the left or the right. Adjusting the angle of the squeegee position Loosen the D screw and adjust the squeegee manually. It is possible to bring the whole set back and forth by loosening the E screws without head (one on each side of the head) 6 - TOOLS EXCHANGE 1- Changing the tips: Remove the A lock ring to remove the tip. Put in place the new tip on the new tools. 2- Change of the culotte Loosen the 2(two) B screws and get the whole culotte. Put the new culottes in place on the new tools. 3- Change the burner: Loosen the 2 (two) C screws remove the burner. Put the new burner in place on the new tools. 4- Adjust the dihedral opening with the D wheel. 5- Adjust height culotte-tip: Loosen the F screw on the assembly side. Adjust the culotte-tip height using the E-wheel. Tighten F bolt after the adjustment. 6- Position the tip To adjust the position of the tip, loosen the G lever lock and move the tip. Place an object in the dihedral in front of the culotte, launch the machine cycle until it gets to the closed position of the culotte-tip. Move the whole tip set until it touches the object and push the G lever. 7- Adjust the suction cups height of the pick- place Loosen the H screw in order to adjust the height. 7 - CONTROL PANEL A - Power In the manually operated mode, the machine works as the button is pressed. In automatic mode, 1 touch allows you to start the production. B -Switch off Button Push the switch off button once to stop the machine at the end of the cycle. C - Emergency stop button In the event of a problem during the cycle, push this button. It cuts the engines power and blocks CLP the operation. During maintenance operations, the authorized personnel should be prepared with the appropriate safeguards to each activity (padlock on the switch and air supply, safety glasses, gloves, and so forth) 8.1 - DAILY MAINTENANCE Keep the machine clean is a priority, as this is a guarantee of longer machine durability and more safety for the operator. • Take all fallen objects from inside the machine • Clean the machine with a clean rag to remove any dust or dirt present in the mechanical parts and the chassis. • Remove with a clean, dry cloth every ink drop that may have split off the screen. • Check the air inlet filter-regulator. When there is water, operate the manual drain at the bottom of the filter to drain the glass. 8.2- PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Each week or every 80 hours of operation: Grease the gears, ratchet and pinion gears. With a clean cloth, remove most of the grease on the gears, ratchets, and pinions. With a brush, apply new general purpose grease (in the teeth of all gears and pinions, without leaving excess). Grease the camshaft path. With a clean cloth, clean grease on the periphery and camshaft sides. With a brush, apply a thin coat of multipurpose grease without leaving excess. Grease the joints. With a clean cloth, remove excess grease present on the joints. With a fine nozzle pump gun, complete the joints with the same grease, to renew the grease already present. Use general purpose grease NSK LUB or equivalent. WARNING It is advisable to grease lightly the gear recently placed at each production exchange. Re-lubricate every 6 months or every 3000 hours of operation: Re-lubricate the spheres pads of the printing movement. With a clean cloth, remove excess grease present on the spheres pads and its tracks. With a pump gun of the fine nozzle(i.e. NSK HGP + NSK HGPNZ5 nozzle), complete the spheres pads with the same grease, to renew the grease already present. Use general purpose grease NSK LUB or equivalent. Re-lubricate the spheres pads of the printing movement. As for the pads of the movement. Be careful not to let excess that might fall on the silk screen printing screen. Check the tension of the engines belts. If the belt is with low voltage, unlock the engine support plate, with the two stretching screws, complement the belt tension and lock back the support plate. 8.3 - OTHER MAINTENANCE INFORMATION Reducers Maintenance (advised by the manufacturers...) Reducer GEREMIA Gsa63 (behind the camshaft) Is recommended the first oil change at 800 operation hours, emptying the reducer completely , so that the released particles during this period leave with the lubricant. After that, the exchanges should be done every 4000 work hours, and the interval between each exchange should not exceed 36 months. Use 1.3 liters of synthetic oil SHELL TIVELA S320 or similar. I am a bachelor in Fine Arts. I have been working in that area since 1981, as a Marchand and fashion jewellery designer.
