Химический состав проб ранее исследованной руды отобранными геологическими службами ОГОК и пробы руды месторождения «Благодатное», отобранных специалистами в период опробований с 2014 по 2017 года, представлен в таблице. Из приведенных данных видно, что в технологических пробах массовую долю составляют оксиды кремния (SiO2) и алюминия Al2O3.
Технологические исследования проб руды с относительно пониженным содержанием золота выполнено по следующим схемам обогащения:
1) действующая базовая гравитационно-флотационная схема обогащения, включающая измельчение пробы руды с классификацией в гидроциклоне, последующим гравитационным обогащением песков гидроциклона на центробежном концентраторе и флотационным обогащением по технологической схеме ОРПиОР ЗИФ-4;
2) гравитационно-флотационная схема обогащения, с доводкой гравиоконцентрата и выделением «золотой головки» на концентрационном столе, а также дополнительной перечисткой концентрата основной флотации с целью снижения выхода флотоконцентрата;
Так как для тонкого материала более эффективны гидроциклоны CVX150, к установке на первой стадии классификации рекомендуется принять 6 гидроциклонов CVX 150 (4 в работе +2 в резерве). Для обеспечения резервом оборудования в случае выхода из строя одного из гидроциклонов необходимо принять к установке 1 батарею из 6 гидроциклонов CVX250. Для расчёта мельницы для доизмельчения флотоконцентрата принимаем удельную производительность по готовому классу 0,73 т/м3ч (удельная производительность принята на основе опробования доизмельчения флеш концентрата на ГМО ЗИФ).
Translation - English Chemical composition of the mineral for GPP (Gold Processing Plant)
The table represents a chemical composition of the previously investigated ore sampled by OMPP geological surveys (Ordzhonikidze Mining and Processing Plant) and ore from Blagodatnoye deposit sampled by specialists within the sampling period from 2014 to 2017. The mentioned data gives a clear indication that the mass fraction accounts for silicon oxides (SiO2), aluminum oxides Al2O3 in the process samples.
Process researches of the ore samples with relative low content of gold are carried out based on the following processing flow sheets:
1) current basic gravitation and flotation processing flow sheet, including degradation of ore sample with hydrocyclone classification, further gravity concentration of hydrocyclone sands by centrifugal concentrator and flotation concentration under processing flow sheet ORPandOR ZIF-4
2) gravitation and flotation processing flow sheet with recovery of gravity concentrate and separation of primary gold concentrate on shaking table, also secondary cleaning of rough flotation for reduction of float concentrate ratio
Since CVX150 hydrocyclones are more efficient for the fine material, six hydrocyclones CVX 150 (4 each in operation + 2 each in backup) should be accepted for installation at the first classification phase. To provide spare equipment in case of a failure of one of the hydrocyclones, the one battery of six hydrocyclones CVX250 should be accepted for installation. In order to design a regrind mill for float concentrate, 0,73 t/m3h of relative productivity for prepared class (relative productivity is accepted based on the sampling of reground flesh concentrate by MС of GPP should be accepted (Metallurgical Circuit of Gold Processing Plant)).

The top of the deethanizer, composed primarily of ethylene and ethane, is fed to an acetylene converter and then fractionated in the C2-splitter. In this column, lights are removed from the overheads and recycled to the compression system, while polymer-grade (PG) ethylene is drawn from the column as a side stream. Ethane, from C2-splitter bottoms, is recycled to the crackers.
Due to the rapid cooling down of the cracking furnaces coke can spalled off the cracking coils. The furnaces should be checked after furnace restart for blockages of the cracking coils. Extended decoking might be required after the furnace restart.
If a cracking coil is ruptured due to the rapid cooling down, the furnace must be isolated from the oil fractionator by closing of the cracked gas MOV. The quench oil cycle with heavy pyrolysis oil and the light pyrolysis oil cycles are stopped. C3-stripper shall be stopped, stripping gas shall be closed; caustic scrubbing and spent caustic oxidation shall be stopped; hydrogen to battery limit shall be closed.
Electrical engineering
All 10/0.42 kV transformers shall be 3-phase dry cast epoxy resin type, delta-star system with the neutral solidly earthed and complete with all necessary devices for alarm and tripping.
The reliable operation of the heater and its bundles must be continuously possible under instantaneous and steady state voltage and frequency conditions (minimum and maximum continuous levels) at heater terminals, considering also manufacturing tolerances and temperature characteristics (cold / warm resistance) of the heater elements.

Смесь в верхней части деэтанизатора, в составе которой в основном присутствует этилен и этан, подаётся в конвертер ацетилена и затем разделяется на фракции в этаноотгонной колонне. В ней лёгкие фракции удаляются из верхних погон и рециркулируются в системе компримирования, тогда как этилен полимерного сорта (PG) поступает из колонны как боковой погон. Этан из нижних погон этаноотгонной колонны рециркулируется в крекинг-установках.
Из-за быстрого охлаждения крекинг-печей возникает необходимость в очистке крекинг-змеевиков от закоксования. Рекомендуется проверка крекинг-печей после повторного запуска для выявления закупоривания крекинг-змеевиков. После повторного запуска печи может потребоваться расширенное декоксование.
В случае разрыва крекинг-змеевика из-за быстрого охлаждения необходимо перекрыть печь от ректификационной колонны для нефти приводным клапаном крекинг-газа. При этом останавливается цикл очистки закалочным маслом со стадиями, где используются смеси тяжёлых и лёгких пиролизных масел. Далее - останавливается работа колонны для разделения фракции С3, перекрывается отпарной газ, с последующей остановкой процессов щелочной очистки и окисления отработанной щёлочи, перекрытием водорода до границы установки.
Электротехника
Трансформаторы 10/0.42 кВ будут трёхфазными, с литой эпоксидной изоляцией, схемой соединения «звезда-треугольник», глухозаземлённой нейтралью и комплектацией со всеми устройствами для сигнализации и отключения.
Непрерывность надёжной эксплуатации нагревателя и его частей должна обеспечиваться благодаря значениям мгновенного и установившегося напряжения и условиям частот (минимальные и максимальные продолжительные уровни) на клеммах нагревателя с учётом также производственных допусков и температурных характеристик (сопротивление в холодном/тёплом состоянии) нагревательных элементов.
