I am native Hmong born in the United States of America. I grew up bilingual and can read, write, and speak Hmong and English. I have been doing translation, editing and proofreading since 2012 as a freelancer. In 2016, I attended The Community Interpreter 40-hour course and have made interpreting and translation my professional focus. I worked as a staff interpreter and translator at a local hospital soon after I completed the course. Currently, I am enrolled at Century College in their Translation and Interpreting program and am accepting contract work.
