now yes Oct 26, 2015

I drive my son to the gym for his karate hour, and since I have to stay there cause going back to work would be useless, I train for about 75 minutes twice a week at the gym. I also cycle once or twice a week (just about 35 km).

Yes, I go to the gym Oct 26, 2015

I go to the gym two or three times a week and exercise with a coach.
Since I started to exercise regularly I feel much better and have no neck or back pain from long sitting.

Freelance translator + toddler twins = no time for anything else! Oct 26, 2015

Does running after the kids count as exercise? I used to run, but I really don't have the time now. When the kids are asleep I quite often have to work for a few more hours, and if I don't, I really don't have the energy to go for a run...

Otherwise I'd go crazy Nov 20, 2015

I think I'd go crazy if I didn't spend a few hours riding my bike every day.

We really need a break after being stuck in front of the computer for hours upon hours every day. If you can routinely get out and exercise, you benefit both in terms of fitness and your ability to concentrate is also improved.
