Italian to English Other Tourism & Travel

I'm looking for a translation of the phrase above. I had translated it as "residence hotels" but the client isn't satisfied. Here is their explanation of what these kinds of hotels are:

"Queste strutture comprendono i normali hotel ma anche degli appartamenti che però si trovano all’interno di un hotel e presso i quali si può usufruire dei servizi dell’hotel (tipo per es. pulizia dell’appartamento, fare la colazione nella sala dell’albergo ecc.).
Per accedere a questi appartamenti si fa il check-in e il check-out, proprio come avviene per le stanze di albergo.
In italiano queste strutture si chiamano “aparthotel”. In inglese si potrebbe quindi tradurre quella voce con “hotels and apartment hotels”?

I guess a few options I've found might work:
Extended stay hotels
Hotels with serviced apartments
Aparthotels

Any opinions?
