Italian term
URGENT! somma maggiore-minore dovuta e a oggi maturata
This is from a legal document about someone who has had a court-appointed guardian assigned to them and in this section it discusses that the subject wishes to close his bank accounts containing a certain amount of money in them and have the funds transferred to another account:
Thank you in advance!

: But I would omit either 'due' or 'accrued', as they both mean the same thing.

higher/lower amount accrued as of today
such greater (grossed-up) or smaller amount as has accrued due to (today's) date
In the weblinks, cnisdered (to be) equitable would read in England & Wales (E&W): such sum as is 'deemed just and equitable.'
I had a hunch there is a grossing-up for tax scene, but can't fathom the Italian spin on the matter.
BTW, a court-appointed guardian in E&W is now called a Court of Protection Deputy(ship).
