The section in question discusses different types of passengers who might be affected by the disruption to their journey:

Correct me if I'm wrong... ...the list is separated by semi-colons. To my eyes, this means these are three separate sub-categories. A wheelchair driver or bicycle owner may be one sub-category, but a mother with a child in a wheelchair would have multiple issues. Am I reading it wrong?

since wheel chair and bicycle come behind it, I am assuming these are passengers with, for example, children in a wheel chair, luggage, children, AND bikes....

Not a silly point. But keep in mind, the expression has to cover a lot of things. Sometimes you have to call a spade a spade. Overuse of “issues” has diminished its meaning.

Betroffenheit, I do not believe it is only related to handicap but includes it.

With all respect, it would be a concern to the owner and the railroad worker. Kindly explain why I should not use "like" in written text? Is it like using "usage" instead of use?
