French term

en vertu de la dénomination des comptes de la Société

French to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) mutual fund, articles of association
This is a mutal fund in Luxembourg. The company accounts are in eueoa

This is my rendering but is this what is meant?

In the event that there exist different share classes, as provided for in article five of these articles of association, and if the accounts of these classes are expressed in different currencies, these accounts shall be converted into Euros and added together under the denominated currency of the Company’s accounts

Thanks for your suggestion too and your sense of humour!

Guessing from the context, I wonder if it means something like "converted into euro [or is it Hawaiian eueoa?], the denominated currency of the company's accounts, and added together."

in keeping with the currency in which the Company's financial statements are denominated

I would say something like:

"...denominated in different currencies, these accounts will be converted into euros and added together in keeping with the currency in which the Company's financial statements are denominated."

I also think that Phil made a great suggestion in the discussion entry by switching the position of the phrase. That would work well too.
