French term
Bouisson
French to English
Other
Aerospace / Aviation / Space
Found as 2 item names in a list of spare parts of a pantograph for an aircraft catering vehicle, specified below:
Bouisson central
Bouisson attaques
I'm afraid this is the only occurrence of the terms in the entire set of documents and there is no further context available. The documents to be translated are excerpts of an aircraft catering vehicle's user manual and spare parts catalogue.

French term (edited):
boisseau
Selected
bush/coupling
The original term appears to be a typo. Boisseau is a possible correction, which can mean valve or bush (as in coupling)

I understood pantograph to be the system that powers electric trains/trolleybuses, but that doesn't make sense for the context.
Whereas a scissor-lift would make perfect sense (and is shaped like the other sort of pantograph that I know of!).
And the technical info in the link mentions a "boisseau" as a type of valve used in the hydraulic system of a similar lifting device

(Once again, a colleague helped me out with this so I can't take credit if it is right!)
@Rachel, thanks for pointing that out.
This page mentions "boisseaux à ressorts" on a diagram of a pantograph
