Never seen the word before but from personal experience with my own engineering company, I know all the other surface treatments, and METALLISATION AU ZINC SUR ACIER can IMHO only be galvanising.

Dr SCHOOP invented shooping in 1909 and it is zinc spraying, not galvanising as I thought.
