Vamos, que tu eres un Dr; tu sabes lo importante de la investigación, de no quedarse que un solo concepto, de examinar todas las vertientes, todas las interpretaciones... dices que no es necesario ser especialista para saber que es un SCBA pero tu buscaste en un diccionario...
Explico porqué lo expreso así. En mis referencias dice "equipo de respiración autocontenida" pero ¿es la respiración la autocontenida?; no, es el equipo. El 'autocontenido' debe acompañar entonces al 'equipo'.
En Sevilla se habla español. Pregúntale a un lingüista si estoy errado; el que no tenga 'hits' no lo hace incorrecto.

Your references support everyone else's suggestions but not your own.
