The courts of Aix-en-Provence (France) have jurisdiction notwithstanding multiple defendants, or third party appeals, and even for emergency proceedings or precautionary measures in particular by injunction or by petition, unless otherwise stipulated or unless explicitly agreed by the parties especially for matters of arbitration, if necessary.
