Surfacing system designed to provide greater safety for roads in a wide variety of situations.

Security Datasheet
Guidance on the Specification for Highway Works - NG924 High Friction Surface states "…on occasion cracking which extends into the wearing course can be induced by the application of high friction surfacing.
The risk of this occurring is much greater when the wearing course is newly applied and un-trafficked.

DÉFINITION: Couche supérieure de la chaussée, en contact direct avec le trafic.
CONTEXTE: Les revêtements servent à adoucir la surface de roulement, à distribuer les charges transmises dans la chaussée et dans le sol, à augmenter la capacité de support, et enfin, à protéger les fondations contre l'action du trafic et des intempéries.
